We invite you to help nurture and cultivate a sacred story ministry, for a time such as this.
After fifteen years of prayer, preparation, and a number of missional planting trips, we’ve been given a kairos opportunity in this season to walk with St. Peter Chanel in Atlanta, Georgia, and a group of believers in Memphis, TN to cultivate and nurture a sacred story ministry.
With your generous support, we can walk together in regular rhythms of story ministry, creating spaces and places both virtual and physical, for parishioners, ministry leaders, and clergy from parishes everywhere to observe, participate in, and be served through the transforming power of story ministry.
Led by the Holy Spirit, we are inviting and equipping people to know and share their story, leveraging the tools of our age to steward the testimonies we’ve been entrusted with.
Please take a few minutes to watch the videos below, and prayerfully consider helping fan this into flame.
Your encouragement, prayers, and financial support mean more than you know.
“This intentionality of story ministry at St. Peter Chanel is helping us cultivate a space for formation, reflection, and testimony. What we’re seeing here is both rare and deeply needed in the Church today—a slow, pastoral rhythm that strengthens individuals and the wider community. I’m confident that as this work continues, it will be a beacon and a blessing to other churches and ministries who long for this kind of space.
”
“One of the most effective ways to share the Gospel is telling others your story of the difference Jesus has made in your life. The work of this ministry is primed to play a bigger role in the time ahead as the Church seeks to carry out the call to actively engage in the New Evangelization.
”
This missional work needs patrons.
In order to continue our work at God’s pace with excellence, and not be a financial burden on our host parish, or those sharing their story, we are asking for people to pray about being patrons of this work through one-time, or monthly giving.
We’ve learned over the years, there are many families with donor advised funds or family foundations, where available funds often aren’t being distributed simply due to the busyness of life. Simply letting others know about this project can help connect this work with people would LOVE to help bring it to life.
No amount is too little or too large, as it will all be sown with discernment and well-stewarded.
If you have questions or would like some specifics on funding and budgeting needs, please feel free to call me at 678-508-0990.
Thank you for investing the time to consider how you could be a catalyst and partner with us for a time such as this.
Thank you!
